Media Fegh and Media Communication; A new Field in Human Science and Feghi Studies

Abstract
The nascent knowledge of media fegh and media communication as a special field in feghi studies and a new field in humanities and Islamic sciences is one of the new additional fegh that not only examines fegh in media matters but also the production and deepening of literature. It is necessary in the Islamic society to systematize in the field of media management and its enrichment. In media Fegh, the necessary frameworks in feghi management of the media are followed and the topics of media science are discussed with a feghi approach and with the method of ijtihad, so that scientific and methodical answers are obtained and placed in a comprehensive system, and thus, the background and possibility of the theory Processing and systematization based on fegh in the field of media from the point of view of Islam. In this research, in parallel with the answers to these main questions, what is media fegh and media communication, what are its headings, and what is its relationship with fegh, and what is its importance and necessity? Some secondary but necessary questions to advance the discussion, such as harms and challenges facing media fegh, have been raised and an attempt has been made to answer them. The results and findings of the research show that, contrary to secularists and secularist principles, which claim that religion has no authority in social fields, including media and communication sciences, and has not imposed any obligation in Islam, to recognize divine limits and to be aware of the rules of obligatory action and affairs. Related to the obligatory verb is only possible in fegh, therefore, to understand the rules of media behavior, one must first refer to fegh and identify the media topics that are defined by special rules in fegh. The requirement of this work is to know the examples of fegh issues in the media, which requires media expertise. In a more clear statement, instead of dealing with media ethics which is derived from secular humanities in western schools, one should refer to fegh and give more value to media fegh so that media and media communication can be established in accordance with Islamic rules, which is a model be considered for the Islamic world and even for other countries.
