Abstract

philosophically constructivist, in terms of comparative and inductive approach. The tools of data collection are the examination of documents and documents, interviews and questionnaires. The statistical population in the qualitative phase is 20 people, which include: the board of directors, deputies, Faraja specialized police chiefs and expert professors who are members of the academic staff of the University of Science. and in the quantitative phase, there are 46 people. The sampling method of the research is purposeful in the qualitative phase and full number in the quantitative phase. The tools of data collection are the review of documents and documents, interviews and questionnaires. the tools of document analysis, content analysis, and coding and in the quantitative phase, along with the correlation statistics of the pattern components, the pattern verification and testing tools and the ranking of dimensions, components, and indicators have been used. Research data by The spss software is pre-processed and finally, the measurement model or the external model and the internal model in the form of inferential statistics are processed with the Smart PLS software to test the hypotheses or the relationship and quality measurement of the processes. the results are that in the dimension of the desired individual behavior pattern of faraja employees four statistical components were determined and it was determined that the components of values and attitudes, personality, perception and finally the motivation to beautify have are more important. it is necessary to pay more attention to the priority components in achieving the goals.
