Abstract
Today, employees in any organization are the main capital of that organization and the competitive advantage of the organization, and managers must use appropriate methods to achieve this competitive advantage.
The current research was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of human resource management practices on the performance of the organization by implementing the human resource model.
The research is descriptive-survey and practical in terms of purpose, and the statistical population of the research includes 337 employees and managers of educational schools in Alborz province-Saujblag region, and the sample size is 184 people selected by simple random sampling, and data collection is done with
The standard questionnaire of Botelho's human resource management practices and Hersey and Goldsmith's organizational performance was used.
To measure the reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha, and the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using content validity.
In the present study, the model of human resource management practices includes three components, recruitment and selection of employees, rewards and benefits, development and training, and the findings show that there is a direct and meaningful relationship between human resource management practices and organizational performance.
