Abstract
Management is one of the important principles of individual and social life, in such a way that if proper management does not govern human life, existing capitals will be wasted and talents will not flourish.For this reason, with the loss of capital and the non-blooming of talents, the individual and the society will decline, while if the correct and efficient management governs the society, all-round development will take place and as a result, innovation andInitiative and innovation will be achieved.Therefore, Islamic management and its solutions are considered as an efficient and accurate management that provides the basis for human growth towards God.On this basis, the prophets, who were divine managers, were chosen for the growth of man towards God, and by adhering to the commands of God Almighty and divine verses, they managed and led the society well.The managers of the Islamic society should follow this way and follow the commands of the Holy Quran for the guidance and progress of mankind and society.This article seeks to introduce one of the best management models, that is, management based on "Islamic standards" in the new era, citing the verses of the Holy Qur'an, and then examines the characteristics of a worthy manager to move towards progress and all-round development.It introduces the slowness and damages that are the obstacles to this management and provides appropriate solutions.
