Designing a model of organizational dimension of organizational behavior of police personnel of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of designing a model of the organizational dimension of organizational behavior of Iranian police personnel. The objectives are:
a) To count the components and indicators of the organizational dimension of organizational behavior of police personnel b) To determine the interactions and relationships between the components and indicators of this dimension of the model.
From a structuralist philosophical point of view, it is inductive in terms of a deductive approach. The data collection tools are document review, interviews and questionnaires. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative phase is 20 people, including: the board of directors, deputies, heads of specialized police departments in Faraj and expert professors who are members of the faculty of Amin University of Law Enforcement Sciences and are fully familiar with organizational behavior topics and Faraj duties and missions. The research sampling method is purposive. The research method of this research is a mixed method that uses document analysis tools, content analysis and coding, as well as a member survey questionnaire.
The results of the research indicated that the organizational dimension of organizational behavior of police personnel has 4 components and 34 indicators. The individual behavior dimension with components (personality, perception, values ​​and attitudes, motivation), the group behavior dimension with components (communications, conflict, power and politics), and the organization behavior dimension with components (organizational structure, technology, organizational culture, organizational change and improvement).
