Examining Human Attitudes Derived from Organizational Developments in the Wake of Artificial Intelligence Based on Critical Sociological Perspective

Abstract
This analytical-critical research aims to address the challenges related to behavioral issues in human resource management caused by artificial intelligence. The study follows a critical theory methodology and examines the actions and reactions resulting from the use of artificial intelligence in organizations. Research data was collected through document analysis and searching official databases. The focus was on identifying behavioral issues stemming from the implementation of artificial intelligence in organizations.

In addition to international sources, a critical sociology, approach was used to gather information from Iranian organizations and human resources through direct observation. Various governmental and non-governmental organizations were studied using convenience sampling. The validity and reliability of findings were ensured through qualitative analysis using the coding agreement method, which considered factors like up-to-dateness, applicability, and believability.

The study suggests that addressing management issues caused by artificial intelligence requires a re-engineering of organizational culture. By integrating cultural and organizational perspectives, artificial intelligence can be a valuable tool for enhancing human resource management and promoting dynamism and vitality in organizational management.
