اعتبارسنجی الگوی سیاستگذاری بازاریابی کالاها و خدمات فرهنگی و خلاق

چکیده
نقش اقتصادی که بازاریابی داخلی و بین­الملل کالاها و خدمات فرهنگی در توسعه پایدار ایفا می‌کند، غیرقابل چشم پوشی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف اعتبارسنجی الگوی سیاست‌گذاری بازاریابی کالاها و خدمات فرهنگی و خلاق در وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش بر مبنای هدف کاربردی و بر اساس گردآوری داده‌ها اکتشافی است. ابزار تهیه و گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش مبتنی پرسشنامه بوده و با فنون تحلیل همبستگی نیز رابطه بین متغیرهای کلیدی پژوهش مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل؛ خبرگان و مدیران وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی و خبرگان واحدهای دانشگاهی بوده که به تعداد 384 نفر نمونه آماری پژوهش انتخاب و پرسشنامه در بین آن‌ها توزیع شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از فنون آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شده است. همچنین، از نرم افزار آماری (SPSS) و نرم ‌افزار آماری مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری لیزرل (Lisrel) برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عوامل علی، مقوله‌های محوری، عوامل مداخله‌گر، عوامل زمینه­ای (بسترهای)، عوامل راهبردهای کلیدی و نتایج (پیامدهای) مورد انتظار مؤثر بر سیاستگذاری بازاریابی کالاها و خدمات فرهنگی و خلاق در وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد جمهوری اسلامی ایران تأثیر معناداری دارد.
