Abstract
In his “Statement of the Second Step of the Revolution Addressed to the People,” Ayatollah-al-ozma Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, not only emphasizes continuous scientific jihad in order to gain scientific and technological authority in the world and under the new Islamic civilization, but has also been guiding this movement for years. Gaining this authority and gaining scientific independence requires clarifying the path and stages of this great movement, which this article attempts to explain and explain. Therefore, in the present article, using the method of inductive qualitative content analysis, the stages of this scientific journey have been extracted and inferred from the statements of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution in different periods and forums. The classification of the coded components and their interpretation show that this process began with the scientific resurrection and continues with the stages of the scientific revolution, the production of theory and thought, scientific authority, and the leadership of global science until it reaches the modern Islamic civilization.
