فهم توانش رهبری تحول دیجیتال مبتنی بر رویکرد اقتضایی

چکیده
محققان و متخصصان بصورت گسترده به رهبری تحول دیجیتال توجه کرده اند و با آن همراه شده اند. اما مبانی نظری موجود پراکنده بوده و دانش کافی درباره توانش لازم برای رهبران کسب وکار جهت تسهیل تحول دیجیتال وجود ندارد. هدف این پژوهش مطالعه مبانی نظری مربوط به توانش ضروری رهبری برای تحول دیجیتال و ارائه دیدگاهی از چارچوب ارزشهای رقابتی با هدف شناسایی توانش رهبری تحول دیجیتال برمبنای روش سنتزپروهی می‎باشد.نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بطورمستدل‌چهار پورتفولیوی توانش براساس سازگاری با نوع شخصیت رهبران اهمیت دارد که شامل نقش چالشگر،همه‌چیزدان سازمان‌دهنده و رقابت‌جو بود. سپس طرح اولیه این پورتفولیو از منظر چارچوب ارزشهای رقابتی برمبنای رویکرد اقتضایی ترسیم شد. با استدلال نظری دقیق پورتفولیوی توانش،نگرشهای جدیدی نسبت به نقش رهبری در تحول دیجیتال معرفی گردید وتوجه به اهداف و محرکهای تحول، توانش متفاوتی ضروری است.چارچوب پورتفولیو پیشنهادی این پژوهش ابزار ارزشمندی برای شناسایی توانش موردنیاز و همچنین اتخاذ تصمیم جهت استفاده از رهبران فعلی با مهارت بالا یا رهبران جدیدی که برای هدایت تلاشهای تحول گرا استخدام شوند ارائه می دهد.
